Misdiagnosing Narcissism - Asperger's Disorder.

In each case, the patient is self-centered and engrossed in a narrow range of interests and activities. Nonverbal cues are nearly absent and their interpretation in others lacking. Folk with Autistic spectrums don't produce these neurons when they see some other person doing things. , if they see somebody making a movement with their face and they do not know what it implies, they're not going to copy the plausibly worthless gesture at the right time, if at all. After a bit they would stop listening to the movement at all. The words are the same but the voice changes. So , whilst the narcissist avoids discomfort by excluding, devaluing, and dropping others - the Asperger's patient achieves the same result by withdrawing and by enthusiastically incorporating in his universe only 1 or 2 folks and 1 or 2 subjects of interest.
