Many narcissists reach the highest rungs of their community, church, firm, or voluntary organization. Almost all of the time, they function perfectly - though the inevitable blowups and the grating extortion of Vain Supply often put a cap on the narcissist's career and social liaisons. The Asperger's patient frequently wants to be accepted socially, to have buddies, to wed, to be sexually active, and to sire offspring. His capability to reveal his emotions uncomfortable.
